Newton Gateway Ltd has developed a large area of waste ground in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis and redeveloping it into fully serviced development sites available for lease.

At this stage, it is still possible to be flexible with site sizes. For instance, although several sites are shown on site plans, many of these could be combined, or have boundaries moved, to create larger sites depending on what suits your needs.

Similarly there are also different options available in terms of letting arrangements. i.e. sites can be taken as serviced plots for ground rent, with various lengths of lease able to be negotiated. There may also be potential options to provide sites with buildings erected as a turn-key solution to suit individual tenants needs and specifications (during second phase of development).​
